KANYE VS YOUR CREATIVE DIRECTOR
An inside joke between Tyler Kirsch and me that turned into a creative side-project that got passed around faster than you can say, "Welcome to the good life."
It all started when Tyler and I, big fans of both Kanye and Creative Directors, realized that we often hear them say curiously similar things. We made a little game that we played, first just the two of us, then with the rest of our friends in the creative department. Then we thought, why not share this with the world? And so we made a site.
The site which was then picked up, blogged about and retweeted by a long list of influencers including: Complex Magazine, Buzzfeed, Time Magazine, Business Insider, Digiday, The One Show, AgencySpy, DesignTaxi, PSFK, The San Francisco Chronicle, and Rolling Stone. It won some awards. No one got sued.
